Shady Gear Cool Shade Privacy Screen

We provide 12 months Manufactures Warranty from date of purchase on this product.

If in the first 12 months a manufacturing fault is discovered that deems that the screen is unusable and not fit for purpose, then we will repair or replace the cool shade privacy screen at our discretion. This excludes faults and failures that arise from improper use or abuse; fair wear and tear; and acts of nature that are beyond the product specifications. At times there may be variations in the mesh weave consistency as is inherent in the process of producing this type of material. These variations do not detract from the products intended use and are not considered faults.

Important Note: This product is not fire resistant and should not be exposed to flame or direct heat other than sunshine for which it is designed.

Warranty can be claimed by returning the product to the place of purchase along with the original receipt. For more information please contact customer service at Shady Gear Australia.
